Privacy Policy for BillTrove Lite

BillTrove Lite is a simple browser-based tool for creating invoices, payment receipts, payment slips, and print-ready business records. This page explains how the Lite version handles document information during the launch stage.

Information you may enter

When using BillTrove Lite, you may enter business details, customer names, invoice items, prices, tax or VAT lines, payment amounts, dates, notes, and payment settings such as a PromptPay number when the Thailand QR option is used.

Where Lite data is stored

• In the Lite version, document data is designed to stay in the browser storage on the device you use.
• BillTrove Lite does not upload your invoices, receipts, slips, or customer document data to BillTrove cloud by default.
• No account or login is required for the Lite launch version.
• If a future cloud, account, team, analytics, or Pro version is added later, it should have updated privacy information before use.

What BillTrove Lite does not do

• BillTrove Lite does not process payments.
• BillTrove Lite does not automatically confirm whether a customer has paid.
• BillTrove Lite does not provide accounting, tax, or legal advice.
• BillTrove Lite does not sync records across devices in the Lite version by default.

Browser data and backups

Browser storage can be removed if you clear browser data, reset your device, change browsers, or use private/incognito mode. Important records should be printed, saved as PDF, or exported when an export option is available. Shared or public computers are not recommended for business documents.

PromptPay QR note

PromptPay QR, when enabled for Thailand, only helps display payment information on the document. BillTrove Lite is not a bank, payment processor, or payment gateway. You are responsible for checking actual payment confirmation in your own bank or payment app.
