Terms of Use for BillTrove Lite
BillTrove Lite is provided as a simple browser-based document tool for creating invoices, payment receipts, payment slips, and print-ready business records. By using the Lite app, you are responsible for checking the documents you create before using them for your business.
What BillTrove Lite is for
- Creating simple invoices, payment receipts, payment slips, and printable records.
- Helping small businesses prepare clean documents quickly in the browser.
- Supporting Thailand PromptPay QR display when a supported Thailand payment profile is enabled.
User responsibility
- You must check customer names, dates, amounts, tax or VAT lines, payment details, and notes before printing, saving, or sending any document.
- You are responsible for following the tax, accounting, legal, and business rules that apply in your country or area.
- You should keep your own copies or backups of important business records.
- You should avoid storing business records on shared or public computers.
No payment confirmation
PromptPay QR or any payment information shown on a document does not mean the payment has been received. BillTrove Lite does not process payments and does not automatically check bank transfers. You must confirm payments with your own bank, payment app, or payment provider.
No accounting, tax, or legal advice
BillTrove Lite helps create documents, but it does not guarantee that a document meets all tax, accounting, legal, or industry requirements. If your business needs official tax invoices, accounting records, or legal compliance, you should check with a qualified professional or local authority.
Lite version limits
The Lite version is designed for fast local browser use. Data may be lost if browser storage is cleared, the device is reset, or the browser is changed. Future cloud, account, team, or Pro features may be introduced separately and may have different terms.
